VPN OR PROXY ERROR This thread is about receiving an error while trying to connect to MCCental. Due to our VPN blocker there could be some players experiencing an error when trying to connect to MCCentral. If you are not using a VPN and you receive the ''You seem to be using a VPN or Proxy'' message, please follow the steps down below! This happens a lot if you have a dynamic IP (your IP changes once your router restarts) and the VPN blocker thinks it is a VPN and blocks it from joining. Most of the time it's fixed by just restarting the router so the IP will change. If this step did not work for you there is another solution to get this problem fixed. If you are a part of our Community Discord, you can contact a Senior Mod+ to assist you with this problem. Once you have verified your access to our server, open a Support Ticket and explain you have been experiencing the VPN blocker issue. Make sure you have tried to restart your router already, because we will mention to do that as well. The staff member will ask you for a full-screen screenshot where we can see there are no VPNs active on your desktop—so please ensure your Minecraft is not full screen in the screenshot. Once we have received your screenshot a Senior Moderator+ staff member may be able to whitelist you to our server. Keep in mind that a whitelist will typically take up to 5 minutes before it's fully processed on MCCentral. Once you have been whitelisted, you should no longer bump into this issue.
