"you seem to be using a vpn or proxy"

I've taken a 2 week break from the server but when I try to join thee server again it displays this message, it lets me go into the lobby for a good 2 seconds then kicks me right after showing the message, I am not using a VPN and it does that, any way I can play the server again? this is my first post because I normally dont use forums sites that much. I have also seen other posts of people having these problems, do I have to show a ss of it happening? also I heard I have to give my IGN too
