Would you say that the player in this video is hacking or is it ping?

I feel like you can't really base too many assumptions off of this video which is probably the reason why it was denied. Although they're definitely hacking as I have evidence of them flying, but all is good because they have already been punished. :)

Your recording by itself is not enough to get the player punished. When the reports team processes report tickets for client offenses, videos like this just don't contain enough obvious evidence. There may be one or two questionable hits, but for us to accept a report, the evidence needs to convince us beyond a reasonable doubt that the player is hacking.
