So i am planning on upgrading my rank from diamond to bedrock but i get this message. And i am already a diamond rank as you can see in the file I added.
I'd make a bug report or submit a donation issues ticket. I've seen people bring this up a few times in the past, would think they'd be able to fix it by now. Maybe try upgrading through the in-game buy command. ("Upgrade" > "Upgrade your Diamond rank to:" > "Diamond ----> Bedrock") Also double check the username when logging into buycraft, could be logged in under an alt name or might have misspelled your username.
