Started building up my fresh plot and realized that so many cool/useful items and blocks are uncraftable. Concrete power, lanterns, spruce trapdoors, and barrels are all banned. Why?
hello hello! the reason why these blocks are unavailable is becusde prison is 1.8 backended. meaning blocks from 1.9+ are unuseable in prison. so concrete powder being from 1.12 and lanterns n’ trap doors etc are from 1.13 and 1.14 meaning that they cannot be used since they’re from a later version in 1.8. in other subserver like creative and survival, you can use blocks like concrete powder since they are 1.12 backended.. tl;dr- becuase prison is in 1.8 and those blocks are from later versions hope this answered your question and have a great day!
