Hi, love this thread. I’m not too entirely sure what my favorite cheese is (perhaps provolone or cheddar) but charcuteries boards that have cheese n shit goes so HARD. Plus, like, the bread and jams that goes along. I do know I prefer firm and smoked cheeses rather than creamy, but it iz what it iz baebee. *chefs kiss*
I mean, yea, there's some creamy cheese that I don't really like. And yes there is some hard cheeses I dont like, but some on both sides are good
Best thread I've ever seen in the Off-Topic forums to be honest. I am really selective when it comes to cheeses. I like Dutch cheeses and Italian cheeses but have a dislike for blue cheeses and mostly French cheeses like camembert. My personal favorite must be mozzarella. You can just make awesome dishes with this and combined with a good Pinot Gris and delicious pasta you have yourself for a lovely yummy dinner!
Well I'll uh say, I would not have thought that this thread would have actually like been this good, nor did I know there would be this many replies to it lol. But I think one of my fav type of cheeses is German cheeses.
