Hey hey hey! So, this website has some good information if you're confused about the difference between quarantine and isolation, (https://www1.racgp.org.au/newsgp/gp-opinion/so-you-have-been-asked-to-self-isolate-or-quaranti) especially if you're still at school (like I am) and a bit stressed out. here are a few things you can do during isolation if you do not have online schooling or have finished school; -Learn how to paint (bob ross tutorials or any youtube tutorials) -Learn a new language (I recommend using Duolingo, I'm learning german with it) -Declutter your room and re-organize it -Start a new Netflix series (my favorites are Vampire Diaries, Riverdale, Pretty Little Liars, Kath and Kim, any of the Chris Lilley shows) -Write in a journal every day to keep track of your mental health so you don't go insane -Start a daily workout habit (squats, leg lifts, etc; you can use youtube to help) -Video chat with your friends (catch up on school work, study, chat) -Print out colouring in pages, its super relaxing! -Just vibe! Nothing's better than jamming out to some tunes at full volume.
