I know it's a weird question. I was wondering because it is one of the nicest ones I've seen and would like to use it. I'm not sure if anyone has this information or if it was made by the owners, but I figured this would be the best place to ask.
Hey Victorito777 The Jobs plugin for survival is recently made and designed. We used to have the 'Farm' Plugin (Not sure if that one was custom made) but since the start of the new Survival Season we have the 'Jobs' Plugin, this one was made by the owners.
Hey VICTORITO777, To more specifically answer your question - we do not use datapacks, as those are for later versions of Minecraft, we use spigot, so everything is handled via plugins. The Job plugin, like almost all of our plugins, are custom coded for MCC by the co-owner Vislo. The actual economy plugin that handles balances (ie: money) though, is just part of essentials, which is publicly available. I believe we use Vault. (although I could be mistaken on that one). So unfortunately you wouldn't be able to use this plugin, as it is custom coded for MCC, and thus not publicly available.
