Nothing is really looking insane yet people are building up there is. Wait another month or so and you will be amazed!
As stated by xStrafings, people are not focused on building anything pretty as the season has only been online for around 11-13 days, hence people would be trying to obtain monetary values over aesthetically pleasing builds / islands. Personally, I have done this and been focusing on gaining money just to ultimately build something remarkable such as a well thought out natural island. I also do suggest waiting around 30 more days before trying to search something that is justifiably good.

In my personal opinion, I think DadProblemss's island and then probably Melton7's. If you want an island that is decorated for Christmas, I suggest Honestlys's island. All three of them have public mob grinders so you can admire their islands along with getting money and experience. -Josh
