as leafy said, player reports are the way that players can be punished through the forums for everything. chat reports only show commands and chat, so forum reports are used to report for other things. player report tickets can be submitted here. Before reporting users, make sure you read through the report guidelines so that all of your reports can be dealt with as they should be.
