I spotted this problem since the first day I joined prisons, mining the warp mines is just not profitable. A full inventory would not even get you 100K, at that rate it would take forever to rankup at some levels. Of course people have multipliers for how much they can sell for and all of that really helps, but for those you don't have those privileges, here's some things I do and you can do to make money quickly. Do /vote (This gives you $10,000 if you vote on all four sites and you can get more money from the crates) Profit shops (Profit shops are shops that you buy an item and then sell it for more, some common ones are: /p h melon, /p h pt, and /p h freeprofit) Scam (I don't do this, but it is perfectly allowed, be smart about is and you can make millions easily) Hope this helps someone rankup faster and get some money
The prison server is designed to work this way, you aren't meant to mine all the way to the final rank. Profit shops are basically the only way you will make it to a top rank on the server.
I agree profit shops are supposed to help people and earn money. If you are rich, I suggest making a your own profit shop and using the stuff you get to sell it in Z mine.
yuh. it’s not a problem. a lot of the things on prison are inflated. the mines are mostly there help get your feet off the ground. afterwards, it’s expected that i get spawners, and scam etc. wat you and polclam said is correct. to add onto this, prison is do-anle w/onpayinf irl money, but it’d take a lot of sweating and dedication to make it far up there as a rookie.... and stay there.. if you wanna tryhard prison for top stats i’d think about buying a rank or spinning some keys.. there’s sales and giveaways that go on a good chunk of the time... anyways. thanks m8 for taking the time to write out this post.. im sure it’d help outa new meat conning in or smth... . ~puposaurus
The prison warps are designed perfectly. It might seem bad right now because people are rich and have billions. But at start of the world, mining and selling an inv for 50k during a x2 booster is really good. I think that it is balanced and you did mention other ways but in my opinion they still need to buff mining slightly with custom enchant pickaxes so mining will get better as spawners get introduced. -xStrafings Leader of money gang
First off i want to say thanks for shouting out my profit shop, and yes while them and spawners are a good way to make money, the warp mines are not useless. It may seem a bit underwhelming to mine as right now there is so much money going around (due to profit shops and spawners) but this is only due to us being in the later season of this prison. At the start of prisons mining is a great way to earn money for example some of the best ore sell shops out there can make you 45k+ per inventory when you make it to rank v or higher and it only takes a minute or 2 with a decent pickaxe to fill an inventory with mined ores. This amount of money can add up and make you a lot but its just because the prices for most things have dramatically inflated that the amount of money mining gives you doesnt seem as good anymore.
