Hi, I am experiencing a problem with MCC voting. Vote link 1 doesn't work for me. That is, at any given moment, the website it links to says I have already voted, even tho I didn't. I tried using a different IP (different location) but that didn't work. I haven't received any rewards in-game so it's not possible that someone else voted using my username. Any ideas on hox to fix this? If others are experiencing the same problem, the server may be losing voted with this, so it might be a serious issue. Thanks in advance.
Do you play on any other servers which tell you to vote for them? Please no names, just a "yes or no" answer will suffice.
Hey man! Sadly we don't have any control over the voting sites, so we wouldn't be able to fix this problem. I've seen several people experience this in the past, and overtime it usually fixes itself. I would've suggested using a VPN or personal hotspot to change your IP and vote again, but it seems like you've already tried that. I'm not sure if it's fixed since you've made this post, but one thing that has worked for me in the past is simply waiting longer than the 24 hours. As much as this possible solution sucks, it still is something, and, again, there's nothing we can do on our end to fix this for you as much as I hate to say that.
Hi, Yes, I've tried changing my IP but then it just said "Someone has already voted with this username", so it's really a username issue. I understand that you can't do anything about it since the voting sites are not MCC owned, so let's hope the issue fixes itself then. Thanks for your help!
Heya, So I've actually experienced this as well, but don't worry! Although it does desplay that someone else has already voted with this username, it goes through as normal. It is merely a visual issue and the voting should work as normal.
