hii i was going to buy stuff and it said my card was unautharized? i could buy stuff earlier today but now it doesnt go through (i have more than enough money on the card) my bank did not close my card and i can use it everywhere but not on mcc? why is all im asking
Hey heidrunag, how are you. To me it sounds like you just filled in incorrect information by accident. (Wrong password for example). So I recommend trying to buy the package again and to double check your password/card credentials. Also, try buying it in a new opened incognito venster. If that doesn't work. There could be a chance that someone who is in charge of your bank account blocked your access to it. (Your parents maybe). To conclude, I am certain the issue is not on our website's side.
