Whenever I try and join prison, I always get "Disconnected" or "Timed out." My internet is BAD, and I mean like .60 on internet speed tests bad, cause I live in the rural parts of Maryland near the Chesapeake bay. Am I the only one experiencing this?
The server has always had connection issues meaning people lag quite a bit. You shouldn’t be experiencing lag issues this bad though. Next time you play do /ping and see how bad you’re ping is. Under 300 is okay ping.

Hello Cole, So last night I was experiencing some trouble connecting to Kit PvP. Every time I'd log on, the hub would take ages to load in the mini people, side bar with stats, cosmetic chest etc. Then when it finally did, I tried going on kit pvp, and I really wanted to play. When I was connecting the screen turned to the dirt and said "Downloading Terrain" and then never loaded. When I'd switch windows and go back to minecraft it was say the whole "disconnected by a remote hostname" etc when you have no wifi. I'd log back in and try again and nothing happened, just get stuck. However, I could join every other subserver? If this is what you're experiencing, I recommend you turn off your computer, turn off your wifi and then turn it back on again and try. That's what I had to do to fix my problem, so if yours is similar then this might work. If not, I recommend messaging a staff if you see one in game somewhere or messaging one on discord (if you have discord). Hope this helps! Nikki <3
Hey. i was getting that message also and couldn't find an answer for a while! try downgrading your minecraft launcher to a lower version! i downgraded to 1.8.9 and works fine now. This can all be done within the launcher under (installations)----> new then pick a version
I'm gonna let it do that overnight. I didn't install the 1.8.9 version, so its got 40 mega bites to go. And my internet is... so... slow.
