    the count of the top votes is wrong on the 29th of February an hour before resetting site 2 and 3 the vote was already available I was and 4 more people with 118 votes as the first won with 116, the sites are not in the same time zone so the availability of 2 more votes before the rank restart

    it’s based off of NA time i believe, so when NA ends febuary and starts march is when it’s is decided.

    not 100%, but i think that is how it rolls.
