Having scamming allowed in prison sets the environment where it's hard to trust people. There are many different precautions that can be take to avoid being scammed. Scamming is sadly a good way that new players (or old ones) can get some quick cash or a few items. Like what they say, if it seems too good to be true, it is.
scamming is just apart of the game man. it sucks when it happens to you but ya know they made it allowed for a reason.
