I recently saw a thread of someone asking if their mod was allowed or not, they really came into deep details and even said the file size for their mod, they said the file size was exactly 20 kb which is interesting because I replied to the thread saying that it was reach/misplace since it was a 20 kb and the real timechanger mod is 15 kb, a staff member locked the thread saying that it is in fact allowed, so using reach on MCC is allowed now?
