So I’ve been playing more mini games in MCC while still playing mostly prisons, something I seem to notice a lot is people teaming. This includes normal games like Skywars were there isn’t much of a reward for winning, other events such as prison LMS events give you some pretty good keys. My first and probably last LMS event for a while had 50 people in it, and it consisted of about two groups of 15 people teaming and the rest just got destroyed. I think it’s not fair for anyone to team in any game mode or mini game, of course the thing to do is report it, but sometimes what’s the point of going through the hassle if it only happens a few times. I wanna know what other people do if people are teaming, maybe I can avoid it more, also is it ban able?
Hi there! Teaming IS allowed on LMS. It is also allowed on Survival Games, Boss Events, and KitPvP. You are currently not allowed to team in solo skywars and it states that you recieve a severity 2 ban here if you do so (first offense being a 6 hour ban). Teaming in survival games is a topic that a lot of players have talked about and recently, MCC created a poll on the discord server asking if teaming should be allowed and the majority of players said that it should be allowed in survival games. They also did a pole asking if there should be a limit to the amount of players that you can team with or not. It was voted that there should be no limit. The community have spoken up about the survival games teaming and it is now allowed. The reason for this came from the fact that there wasn’t enough players playing survival games for there to be a teams survival games and a solo one, so they decided to condense them into one and remove the team survival games gamemode. Skywars teaming however, has never been allowed since there is a solo skywars gamemode and also a team skywars gamemode. If players want to play with their friend and team, they can hop into a party with them and play team skywars. As Zguy2000 has beautifully mentioned above, Teaming is allowed on LMS and has been for a while, since players on prisons have ‘gangs’ and sometimes they like to work as a team for pvp events and other.
