As you all know, Minecraft version 1.18 was released back in November 2021. Minecraft Central's Survival server is currently running a 1.17 backend. As we are wanting to keep our Survival server as updated as possible with the latest Minecraft version, we feel it is necessary to take this step sooner rather than later! Please note that this is NOT a reset. Nothing will be lost, the backend will simply be updated (along with all of the worlds) to give players access to all of the newly added features!

Will I lose my items?
No. None of your hard earned items or builds will be lost! This is not a reset, this is simply an update to the already existing season 9! Players can expect to see a brand new 1.18 resources world, along with brand new terrain inside the claims world (below Y=0). All of the terrain about Y=0 (inside the claims world) will remain unchanged!

Release Date:
As of today, our Survival server will be entering a maintenance mode. Players will be unable to join whilst it is under maintenance. The purpose of this downtime is to allow us time to 'upgrade' the claims worlds to 1.18 terrain (which is a lengthy process due to the size of the world). Players can expect to see Survival come back online on Thursday 3rd February 2022 (3pm MST).
