Currently there is a Skyblock 1, Skyblock 2, Prisons 1 and Prisons 2 and it seems that the 2nd version gets slightly neglected as people see them as 2nd versions of the 'main' sub-server. You can see a wide gap for the player count between the two versions of the sub-servers. (The 1 version always is dominant when it comes to player count)
I have a few ideas that could maybe help spread player counts out more evenly :
( You can read if you are interested )
You could 'relable' the sub-servers to different realms or worlds so that they both seem as good as eachother, for example you could call Skyblock 1, Snow Realm and Skyblock 2, Magma Realm. And you can change the maps so that the versions seem more independent and less copies of each other.
You could also have different reset dates so that both versions of the sub-servers are active and people will always change versions for a new map and update.

There is probably a lot more things that could help sub-server version player count too and if you would like to, you can leave a suggestion in a reply.
I don't mind if people don't like this idea and they feel it takes away from the 'MCC culture' but most changes are for the best and i would love to see something like this take effect in the server.
Thank you for reading and listening to my idea,
    Most Kind Regards,
    Nathan (ImConcerned)

Honestly this is a great idea but I still feel as if people would just click the first one, but it still could shrink the gap a little. Also I like having the player gap because it makes SB2 feel more like a small community of players whereas in SB1 you don't get the same family feeling

This is a cool idea, no idea if this would fix the problem, but it would definitely be like other servers with different realms for the game modes.

Would like to see this implemented!

    Hey there,

I like the idea of having 2 different themes for each server like you said, one could be magma, the other could be snow or something along those lines. I didn't think the player difference in the two subservers was an issue, but this just seems like a good and fun idea to spread it out a little bit, and make each server slightly unique while still being skyblock and mostly similar. However, I disagree with the idea of resetting the servers at different times, they should stay together because they're both the same thing, just having 2 realms gives players more freedom and the economy, etc are different between the two which could cause a realm 1 player to not want to move to realm 2 if they reset at different times.

    Hello ImConcerned,

I believe there should be different themes for the subservers that are separate. However, I do not believe they should be reset at the same time due to this causing more lag on each of the separate servers. As you probably know already there is currently enough lag that some players are not able to handle, so the servers resetting at different times will not help with the lag. But the different themes seem nice. c:

heyo! i really like the idea of different themes for the subservers; however, i don’t really ever see it getting implemented. i really like it for skyblock, but im not quite sure if i’d like it as a prison idea. one of the reasons being because prison to me doesn’t seem like something with definite themes. yeh in s3 there’s was an aquatic-like theme, but i think that’s the only season that’s had an actual theme, that’s not just a bunch of stone blocks and some trees. it’s kinda a weak
as said above, i don’t agree with the idea of resetting at different times. this could lead to the economies becoming even more unbalanced in a way.
if you have any questions or i didn’t explain something, feel free to reply n’ ask or whatever.

    have a good day

I'm ngl I do not like that idea too much. I am not exactly sure what you meant, but I wouldn't enjoy this server if it was like TitanMC or Cosmic Prisons. Also, I Think the reset date should be public even if its not for another 6 months. Resets should be on the same day for every server!

I would really like to see this added.

Firstly, because there are two different types of skyblock and prison, it would attract players who like both types rather than people who just like the current single server. The only reason both realms have players is because some players prefer a smaller realm that has less lag and a slower economy. I believe this split in servers would be great for the playerbase and would allow mcc to grow and compete with other larger servers.

I don't really understand what you are proposing here.
I think, by nature, that having separated subservers will always promote one to have more players than the other, and having only one (with a low player max) pushes out the rookies due to our rules.

What I believe, would work best, or better, is having two severs with different reset times and a slightly larger player limit. There would still be competition between players for each server, but they would be more diverse/populated. There would be conflicts with reset versions, and it would be a little weird perhaps. Perhaps one version OP the other version not so much, or a variety of variations between the two. The largest problem having two separate reset dates would be the extra burden put on to alex/vislo. This would require another set time to work on an additional server, as compared to updating/resetting both at around the same time (like we do now)

I can elaborate more on this if needed, I think it is a good idea.
