Staring a ore profit shop

hello! i do not know exact numbers, but profit shops are to benefit lower ranked players and you. since you’re immortal and 2nd prestige that gives you a lot since you already have 2.5x+...
profit shops prices are usually 2x-3x+. than original mining warp prices.. the way you earn your money is, yes, your rank multipliers, but also the 2x multiplier booster since then that turns your multipliers into 5x+..
the way they work is players sell their ores in a chest shop created by you, and while they make profit from that (since it’s more than their mines) you can turn that back around and make more profit from selling it either with or without a booster (but it’s always best to wait ‘til boosters)
as far as setting up chest shops, this is the sign format:

1st line: your ign
2nd line: quantity/amount of item you’re selling (1-2304 depending on item)
3rd line:S <price>
4th line: the item you are buying/ores (quick note: lapis has a weird name, so i’d do “/iteminfo” while holding it and just place the number it gives you instead)
after you have the sign placed
there’ll be some words on ur scream to click a chest, so just follow those instructions.
★ NOTE: the sign doesn’t have to be placed on the chest since after you place the sign, it asks you to chose the chest u want it to be linked w/

I got you bro this is coming from leaderboard #10 pup u also did good job explaining and I am not really trying to flex

1. Your immortal rank has a rank boost of 2.5x this means you get more money selling to the mines then a rookie.
2. market booster stack a x2 multiplier on top of your 2.5x so during a booster you sell for 4.5x what a rookie sells for.
3. Your prestige adds a 0.1x boost to that so if there is a booster you are immortal and have prestige one your multiplier is 4.6x this works up until prestige 9 when you get 0.9x added.

Now that we got the basics out of the way and how mining works with multipliers I will explain how a sell shop works. People mostly emerald and under will sell to you for a price. This price is for more than they would get to sell for preferably with a booster as well. Meaning your shop should be around 2x-3.5x the mines value without a multiplier.

At when you set up this shop you will at first appear to lose money especially if your shop is good and people sell a lot of ores to you. You should save these ores up, and when someone puts on a market booster, you sell!

This will make you a profit in the end even if you don't have money, however, the season is coming to an end in 2-3 weeks, and there are no market boosters on. So you will not be able to make insane profit, also, all the rookies that still play don't mine at V+ I bet they just afk spawners as do the ranked players, so you won't be getting sold higher tier ores.

OMG bro ok so what I said above, that is a sell shop you will still want to have that info for the beginning of next season. You are talking about profit shops tho. A profit shop is made by making a mob grinder, an auto farm for auto killing the mobs, the collect has buy signs on them. The buy signs are for less than you can sell the drops to shop for. So just do /p set-home at your collection with the signs that have people buy mob drops for less that than shop price to make a profit.

It was unclear to me if you wanted a sell shop or profit shop so these are both my post above is on the sell shop this one is a profit shop.
sell shop - people sell you ores and you resell them during a booster for a profit.
profit shop - people buy your mob spawnersmob drops and sell them to the shop for a profit. (point of this is you don't have tp empty your chest its only good if a large scale grinder)

If I were you before setting up a shop of your own look around at some other shops and see what they are doing and see their prices to compare those to what you are thinking that you will put as a price. This helped me when I started my shop since it gave me a baseline for prices.
