Hello, To have a tag next to your username do /is tag after you do that you'll see an emerald near the top of the screen, click on the emerald making sure you have 25 tokens and you'll be randomly given a tag. Once you do this you will be able to select whatever tag you were given, you may need to use the arrows to view more tags. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
In addition to island tags, the closest thing to a "clan" in Skyblock is your island and the members on it. You can invite friends to play on your island by using the /is invite <ign> command, in addition to other commands (/is perms, /is trust) to control who can or cannot do certain things on your island. Of course, the easiest place to look if you have any questions about this is /is help. Hope this helped!
