I'm confused about the difference between "island level" and "island value". I've heard that they are the same thing but as you can see, the 5th place island has a level of 17,810, and a value of around 290mil, while the 4th place island has an island level of 19,187 and a value of around 98mil. If they were the same thing then both the level and value of the 4th place island should be higher. Can someone explain the difference and how to increase each? Thanks!
