I genuinely have no opinion about this. I do think it would be a unique feature that people could post their thoughts about peoples staff application. Over all it would be the Staff's choice. On the other hand, there could be some bias opinions, and some trolls. Just post your opinions about this topic below, I am wondering what you think. Have a good day guys!
No, they should not. No one wants a bunch of randos rating their applications. Also they contain information that most people would prefer stayed private.
I would also like to say this wouldnt be a good idea because not alot of people want the public to know they are applying until its done. Alot of people think they shouldnt apply because some people change after getting staff and they can get talked out of it. Hope to see more opinions on this.
Sorry but I can for sure say 100%, this will never happen. Not even regular staff can view apps, only Apps Team members. It’s confidential information + it can result in bigger problems like plagiarism. - Locked
