I believe that the servers that carry larger groups of players (Such as Prison and Skyblock) should be looked over more often due to constant toxicity and cheating accusations. Plus, players who don't have discord or a MCC account may have questions for a mod or helper and having one in the server every couple hours will definitely be beneficial to all players.
I'm pretty sure Prisons is fine for the amount of Staff members that get on there, I can't say the same for Skyblock though. But I know for a fact that Staff members are required to have certain amount of play time on sub servers and mini games and that they surely have enough time to help players or deal with conflicts.
Every member of staff (except for Admins) have a required number of minutes they must spend on each subserver, and they must complete those. I am against increasing those minutes because they are even and are more than enough to spend on any one subserver. The best solution is to have a staff member or a few added as friends, so you can ask them to help, should the need arise.
Hello, If they need help, generally the community it self can also help too. However, we try our best to reach out to all the members in the community, having discord account just makes it easier to other members to access to us. You might not notice but there are time zone and sometime there are less staff online and making it harder to check on these. You can help us by doing /chatreport and we will do it ASAP and if there is a hacker, you can report it on MCC forums which will get that user ban. (Make sure to record it.) However, we try to notify users that we have discord open for all members to message or ping us in #support and a staff member will go as soon as they are free. Honestly couldn't care less about hackusations, it's more annoying when people actually hack. Subservers have enough staff members sitting in them doing nothing, we need more staff playing minigames. That's where all the hackers are.
It would be cool if they had a command where you could message online staff for hackers, but I feel as though many, many people would abuse that.
Hello Cammdden, That suggestion has been discussed before and concluded that we strongly disagree to it. Main reason is that, hackers can also have access to the commands then it's even harder for us to catch hackers. Heya ! We have staff on most sub servers 24/7 as we are aware of some players disobeying the rules. Unfortunately if we are not there at the time the player will have to be chat reported and we will deal with that ASAP. Thanks for reading.
