So Im a somewhat long time player of mccentral (ive been around for about 4 years). I play a lot on team skywars and especially sg. Recently it seems like the hacking issue is getting really out of hand. I seepeople 7 blocking me and bhopping all the time. Everytime me and my friend get into a game we watch for hackers and target them right off the bat. Either MCcentral has to step up its anti cheat by a lot (ive literally seen people flying and using jesus which is walking on water) or get a lot more staff that play minigames. In the past few weeks(granted im not playing 24/7) ive seen 1 staff in a game. I really love this server and id hate for it to be overrun by cheaters. I feel like if given the opportunity, many people would make good helpers/mods
Hey! This is probably the most mentioned topic on MCC. The staff try as hard as they can, and they are working on the anticheat. I do agree that we need more staff, and that the way to do that is to encourage applications. Maybe a minigames-specific staff team. -Inj3ction
all i gotta say is ^^^^ jk.. i agree with this and can see where you’re conning from. however, as you know the mcc anticheat was updated and it went from poo to a bigger poopoo. also, the supply of staff isn’t as big as it seems to be since a lot of staff are NA, and certain hours are where other players from regions like AU and EU struggle with hackers... and there’s a few staff who are on LOA atm. another problem i can kinda see in general is that there’s already more hackers than staff, and far too many innovated clients then anticheats can keep up with. staff ain’t always available to hop onto minigames n’ kitpvp n’ etc... as there’s other staffing duties (i said duty ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) that they’re responsible for.. so recording and reporting those cheeky poopoo haxors is usually your best bet.. kk. sorry for badc writing or whatever... hope this helped! have a great ooopoo day! ~poopoosaurus
I have seen a lot of those hackers as well. My best advice is to capture it on video and sent the proof to the mods so they can deal with the issue once it has arisen. And Like what he said Staff has been in low supply for the moment. Though if you do send reports on the players I am sure they will notice and deal with it in a direct manner.
