I sent in a email to support a few days ago about a purchase from the web store and have yet to receive a response saw the support forms and figured I would post here aswell just to make sure I email was received.
Hiya! There is only one person who has access to and responds to support emails. He typically responds to them within a few days, however it may take a bit longer due to the Holidays that just passed. All you can do is be patient, you will receive a response =) Have a great day!
