i think 3 or 4 days ago i got scammed on prison1. Ikerher25 scammed me like 2M i thought not sure. So i asked 4Nut to doe something so he said that scamming was allowed in prison. But why what is that for rule i was like super mad. So my thing is change the rules or make like a sign if your new "warning: Scamming allowed" like that or something on the plots. I never play prison so i dont know the rules. I hope you guys understand me. because got if you got scammed it isnt fun. regard : prominer10 (srry for maybe bad english)
hello! scamming is aallowed on factions and prison, as 4Nut told you, and I can understand your frustrations, as i’ve been scammed 50mil in one season once. however, i don’t ever see this happening. scamming is something that’s apart of prison; it shapes the playerbase, how it works, and sources of money for some players. And although it’s a malicious way to earn money, and it’s saddening for people like you who fall for ‘em, it’s just something about prison. I don’t really think there’s too much that can be said. there are many ways to avoid being scammed. some ways being looking in chat, trusting your gut, asking yourself “does this look kinda fishy” etc. i hope this helped overall / just be more careful when using the sign sell/buy shops on plots. have a nice day! ~puposaurus
Yeah, sadly it is a thing. It is a part of prison though. If you'd rather choose the more peaceful kind to plotworlds, I'd go to survival as griefing and scamming is not tolerated there (however it can still happen). Just make sure you either have trust in players, or get a staff to middleman for you.
You just need to not trust anyone. Always /withdraw your balance and put it in your enderchest and also take off your items and store them before you go to other peoples plots. If you did this every time then it would be very hard to get scammed.
I think that knowing scamming is allowed is kinda common knowledge when you join a server called "Prisons" But, yeah I think that would benefit some of the newer players.
Hello, I have played Prison since 2016 and scamming is been something that Prison always had. In MCC, we have factions and prison that users are allowed to scam so most members would do a trade by using /ah, /trade or asking a staff to middle man to keep both side safe from getting scammed. I understand about "new" players to the server but we have many players within the community that they can ask or staff themselves if they want to know more about this particular sub-server. We have many plots helping out users as well such as /p h help. (Made by community members) Which means that new players, if they have questions, they can always ask the community. It's one of the most basic question in prison meaning that it shouldn't be that hard to know about it. Here is a tip from me, don't accept other users tpa as death-trapping is also allowed in prison. Ty so much but i dont play prison so many Its only for the trades. Mike a sign with the warming that scamming is alluwel can be verry useful! Like in skyblock you have sign with /is go or something but maybe in prison must they do it to . Have a good day Prominer10
