recently lost my island which I invested a decent amount of money into which I will never see again, maybe implementing a 24-hour island cache or reclaim due to player error to stop this from happening in the future, also fix /is delete [any text] to error as a command, I did /is delete warp in hopes of deleting my warp but nuked my island instead.
Deleting your island comes up with a confirmation for if you wish to delete your island, so you had an opportunity to click no. When islands are 'deleted', the physical island actually remains. However, that land becomes part of the 'wilderness', which nobody has permission to edit. We won't be adding the ability to 'undelete' islands, as it comes with its own issues such as removing the new island you joined. Theres also other situations such as island ownership changes and such. So its not as clean cut as allowing undelete.
yes the confirmation came up but he thought that it was coming up because wad deleting his warp not his whole island
hey there, as Kieren already told you there is a confirmation message upon trying to delete your island, as well as this you can hover over the TNT and it shows you exactly what will happen. For this reason there is no need for this to be added. ps: for future reference you can delete an island warp by typing /is delwarp (warp name) -nikki
