Appreciation post for the Reports Team... The amount of reports they must have to go through is astonishing. Yesterday alone I reported about 10 minutes worth of evidence (as in 1-2 minutes of footage for each report) and I just feel bad for the people that have to go through it. Thank you guys for the work you do and for keeping the annoying cheaters and rule breakers out of the server :) My respect goes out to you You're the best
The reports team is one of the most hardworking teams out there. I have been part of it in the past and I have to admit that it requires patience and good observation of evidence. The only team in my opinion that works harder than the reports team is the applications team. Personally, that was the best and most fun subteam for me.
your very right about this team because ill submit 20 reports in 1 night and they'll all be looked at within a day and that's impressive and im sure people are submitting more then me a day so it is a ton of work.
I agree, I can't imagine how tiring it is to watch hacker reports for 30+ minutes straight. I know a lot of people wouldn't be able to do it because of how boring & repetitive it is. In my opinion I think this is the hardest job because of the dedication and time it takes everyday. It's very remarkable that they are able to finish all the reports in less than a day. Thank you for being so diligent and persevering.
Exactly. Sometimes I report up to 15 or so cheaters in a night and they're all accepted by the morning. The dedication :) They really care about the players on the server!
I can imagine it'd be more than 30 minutes for some members. There's definitely more enjoyable things to do than sit there and review reports for over 30 minutes each day, but they still do it because the staff really cares for the good of the server. Good job!
I can imagine the patience and resilience it would need. At least you know they've got the right people for the job; some people would definitely not have the patience to sit and read through each and every report. Thank you for your work on the server :)
1 night I got almost 30 reports in an hour. and every single report was accepted by the same person. Respect... Must've taken some time to go through all the footage.
Exactly! Say each report takes 2 minutes, that's around a whole hour just from your reports. They're good at what they do. I'm glad I play on a server with such a dedicated staff team. Also I've also been playing since early 2014 but I had another account that I've lost access to. It's been great seeing the server develop into this amazing community.
