Hello, a few months ago the caps lock rule was removed meaning everybody can now use caps as much as they want as long as they don't break any other rules. But the problem with this is the filter is still there! since the rule was removed the filter should be removed as well. It's highly annoying getting my messages blocked even though I would not get punished if it were to go through. Please let me know what you think.
The filter remains in place to avoid people putting caps-lock on and spamming everything they say in caps. I see no problem with the filter remaining; despite the lack of a caps-lock punishment. Just type normal and it will seldom be a problem.
