I played a lot back in 2017 and I took a lot of time off. recently I wanted to start playing again but I no longer have my old ranks. I realized somewhere in the last 4 years I changed my account name so I think that's the problem. I have emails from 2017 for the upgrade from legend to immortal rank if that's enough proof. can someone help?
Hey, The ranks are attached to your account id which doesn't change when you change your name. You may need to migrate your account to a Microsoft account
