Hi I did a deal with someone and they bought me a rank upgrade and got the notification and got the money taken out and it won't come through so could you fix it or get someone to fix it please and thank you.
If your rank didn't come through, you can email [email protected]. Also consider if you got scammed - all irl deals should be done with a staff middleman, no matter what they say. If they insist on not using a middleman, they're probably scamming. If you think you got scammed, if you have proof and the server you were on wasn't prison or factions, you can report them here
Adding onto this, if you're sure that they didn't scam, ask them if they typed your username into the store. It's possible that they forgot to buy the rank for your account, and bought it for their own, or someone else's.
