    Im emerald rank in game but on the forums it has me as coal rank, im trying to go from emeral to immortal but it says i need the emerald rank first, and it doesn't give me the add to cart option when i click on it

    in order to get this solved you should send an email to [email protected] explaining your issue. the email should contain your minecraft username, past minecraft usernames, the purchased goods (in your case, an upgrade from coal-emerald), the payment method used in the purchase (paypal, credit card, etc), the transaction ID, the email you made the payment with and the date of the purchase.
