Rank Transfer

Hey I'm just wondering if I'm able to get a rank transfer from one of my old accounts to the main on that I use now.
The reason that I would like a rank transfer is because I purchased Redstone rank or something a few years ago now and I then proceeded to hack using that account and got banned, that's when I then purchased the main account that I use now, which I then got banned on, also quite a few years later I got my main account unbanned and I don't really care about my old account. If there is a possible way of doing this rank transfer
