A while back, maybe late 2019 I had upgraded from bedrock to mortal on sky block and I got the announcement that I join the server but I can only get kit bedrock and the rest of the features of bedrock. Not too sure what to do

If you are receiving all of your permissions on other sub-servers, this could be a bug.
