ranks are linked to a player's UUID, therefore changing your ign wont affect it id suggest sending a donation issue email to [email protected] with the information in this thread have a good one
If you have already restarted your game, or waited a little bit and it still hasn't come through on your new IGN, make sure to follow those steps above.
