That all depends on the need for new staff members. Players could be promoted as helpers for weeks in a row or there could not be any for a couple of promotions. It all depends.
Hello! In MCCentral we hold something called promotion day. This happens every two weeks on Sundays (4am) for myself GMT+7. The next one will be sunday 1st December 2019 for. This is a chance for anyone who applied to get promoted. This is also when current staff members could potentially get promoted such as Helper ---> Moderator. New helpers will be notified in the promotion channel call on the said Sunday. So to answer your question, it is around every two weeks, but some weeks there are no helper promotions!
