You can use an alt account to play when banned or muted. Ban evading and mute evading are offences, however ban evading is defined as having two or more accounts banned, under the same IP, for some specific offences (see https://mccentral.org/community/rules/ for details), while mute evading is defined as having three or more accounts muted at the same time.
