Nyanya! Although I'm not a staff member, my guess is that they probably do ban fly hackers on creative. It is client modification and while they might not be doing anything bad currently, there is a possibility the hacker could. Rowr! Meow? Byebye!
They wouldnt be able to see much of a difference as you really dont get banned on creative as there is nothing to be banned for, well there is but its very seldom for something like that to happen.
