I purchased the rank Bedrock yesterday. I was then redirected to a page that told me to wait a maximum of 15 minutes. I waited an hour and completely forgot about the rank. I then contacted Moderators, and they told me to email the support email, and haven't got a response since. If you have any questions please contact me at cur#8475 .

Most people will receive a response within 7 days. Please be patient, as many tickets come in daily, and they must all be replied to.
