Can anyone help me resolve this problem i have hade this for months now i have tried everything i know. would be much appreciated :)
Hi there. The first step to solving this issue would be to restart your router. If you still cannot log on, I recommend joining the discord server and tagging a senior moderator explaining your issue. A visual of the instructions you should follow can be found here.
