Hi um, I bought 2 keys for another player. I was billed the right amount, but on the website where you can see players last purchases, it only says that 1 was bought. Could it be a bug on the website, and the right amount of keys have still been sent? The player doesn't remember how many keys she got before the purchase. Thanks for helping <3
Hello jemelina! The name of the package is called "x1 Ancient Key" (or mythical key, doesn't matter), so even if you bought two ancient keys, you purchased the package "x1 Ancient Key" twice, so it'll show up as "x1 Ancient Key", but still give them two, if that makes sense. https://gyazo.com/b1c8f63b0f8b9bf9fdce2dddc81851c5 You can see the different packages we have and if you look on the side, it says the name of the package, not necessarily how many they bought.
