Hello! We aren't able to help you. You submitted a report so basically you need to wait for a Reports Team Member to review it and respond. It takes some time but you'll eventually get a reply. Just be patient!
As Cat has said, only reports team members are able to view report tickets. You will need to wait for a reports team member to reply to your ticket. In the meantime, please be patient :)
