I got phished on Saturday, then banned for mob aura, on prison 1. I don't even play prison. My appeal was denied, and i don't even think the staff member took the time to read it.
Hello! Looking at your punishment history, you have been banned for hacking/other Sev. 3 client modification punishments a total of 6 times. When you have 3 or more bans for hacking/other Sev. 3 client modification punishments, you must wait 6 months before you can appeal your punishment (unless you have video evidence that you weren’t hacking), otherwise your appeal will automatically get denied. This is probably why your appeal got denied. Also, if you had evidence of someone phishing you, you could have reported the user in game or on the forums. Have a great rest of your day/night! ~ Sus
If you weren't on Prison 1, then how were you banned for mob aura? If you have any proof (videos, screenshots, etc), then you should make an appeal here. The 6-month rule does not apply to appeals with evidence. As Sus said above me, you can always report a player (with evidence) here. Phishing is a serious crime and you should also report it to your local police station. Good luck.
