    If you have have purchased something from the MCCentral webstore and never received it, Please send us a email to [email protected] explaining your issue. Remember that it is very important that you provide as much information as possible, otherwise it could take longer to resolve your issue. Please note that if you chose the Echeck payment option, it can take up to seven days after purchase for your payment to clear. Premium ranks are not instant, and you should allow up to 30 minutes for your rank to update In-Game before creating a payment issue email. Remember to also relog after purchasing a premium rank.


    Please use the following format when creating a email.

    Minecraft Username

    Past Minecraft Username(s)

    Package Purchased

    Payment Method


    PayPal Transaction ID or Paymentwall Ref ID

    Email Associated With Payment

    The date you purchased your item

    Description of Payment Issue


    Please remember that the Owners will reply to your email as soon as possible. Creating multiple emails and spam replying to existing emails will result in a revoked access to the support emails. You will receive a notification once a staff member has dealt with your email.
