    Been about 30 minutes now, still haven't received my 3,500 credits that I bought with Emerald Rank. No Refunds is apparently mcc policy... I'm just asking for my money's worth :) I want my credits. Thanks.

    As you were explained to in support your best bet is to create a bug report here. I don't know if there is any exact fix if this however creating a bug report is the best solution.

    hey Nikki, Issue has been resolved, I had to log out of mcc and then the username option appeared for me to upgrade (which wasn't showing last time). Thank you :)
