    That is punishable, if I recall correctly. If it takes place on the MCC network, and is reported or witnessed by a staff member, it is fair ground for punishment.

    Well, it seems that you don't recall correctly because it isn't punishable

    It isn't in mcc. Im talking about messages sent through an external chat. It serves a similar function as discord except much more rudimentary

    It is punishable, depending on the type of rule broken.

    It’s not - A mute won’t stop you from talking in Laby Chat or BL Chat. It’s a separate platform of communication

    DDoS threats are certainly punishable if made via BL chat or Laby chat.

    Just to clear things up one more final time:

    BL chat and Laby Chat are NOT part of MCC and nothing in them is punishable.

    Yes I have to say this should be a Severity 2 punishment. I personally can not see them but its just like bad skins.

    I don't think having an Inappropriate cape should be bannable if you don't to see those capes just turn capes off in the settings

    Why should I turn off capes altogether just because some people want to make their capes explicit? It's not fair, in my opinion.

    Just trying to help you, and i don't think is fair for someone to change how his cape looks just because of a dumb rule

    I don't think that this is a big enough issue for it to be bannable. Inappropriate capes are not punishable on most other servers, so it would be a big hassle to ban for something that;
    1.) Not all players can see
    2.) You can disable yourself
    3.) Has no real effect on the players
    I don't really see the point on making it a punishable offense.

    We have discussed this matter in the Admin call a while ago and we decided that there won't be any rule regarding this. As mentioned by multiple players and even by Teddzy, the capes are caused by modifications which players download themselves. These things aren't really under our control. Only a small portion of players can see them, and most mods let you disable capes, I believe. Thank you for the idea and discussion, it has been nice to see so many people participate. :)
