The current arena is currently very small and its really aggravating to get cornered and crit out. I appreciate that it was added in general but maybe adding a few more arenas would be beneficial to some players.
heyo! ik this is kinda a late reply since you created this thread in july; however, here's some of my input on this thread. I agree that wager duel arenas are pretty small, but if you want a larger arena, you can always go to arena pvp. I like how the wager duel arena are smaller than arena pvp's because theyre not a box or whatever, and also, because this allows wager duels to not take as long of time because you can run away or epearl far distances.. if any of that makes sense. Have a great day! ~pup
Hey there! I also agree that the Wager Duels arena's are pretty small but as said above, it's meant to be a quick duel. If it was in a larger arena it would probably take a lot more time to end the duel. You can always suggest new arenas! I think that adding new designs wouldn't hurt. (:
the reason why nobody 1v1s a player on arenapvp because the hit detection is completely different and it false kicks players on arenapvp, but on wager duels on every other subserver it uses NPC and it doesnt false kick or kick period, also the reason why wager duels are a thing is because the winner could most likely end up getting something out of the win but on arenapvp you dont get anything. My opinion on this thread: I think the arenapvp is way too small tbh, also the map is easily exploited there is a enderpearl glitch where you can get out of the map. Not filing a bug report because I dont really care about it tbh, I think the new arena should be like a football field or something idk. Also a problem with small arena's is that players can go extremely agro on you, specially in potpvp. You cant even run anywhere and a lot of players cant stand others that are super agrovated, if you dont know what agro means it means like a player doesnt let you eat steak, drink speed potions, refill, or just starts pearling on your back.
