Need help with something

It’s because of the bisectors

 

Hey, so as I understand it you are trying to use a hopper to pull items out of a buy sign chest into another? If this is the case, the problem is that you cant use hoppers to pull things out of chest shops and private chests as this would render them pretty useless.

 

Try something like this configuration

 

One way you could do it is like this:

This should allow the items to go into the chest, starting with the bottom one, and should work with shop signs added to each chest, since there's nothing flowing out of them, just into them. It also, for some reason, randomly fills items on the top chest as well, although that shouldn't affect much since it is still collecting them.

 

How it works is it fills up the bottom hoppers first, which are connected to the chests. Once the bottom hopper is full, the hopper on top of it will start filling up (and fill up the chest). It starts from the bottom up, until it's completely full and can't fill anymore. Once the bones are in a chest, they don't move. An item is inserted into any hopper, and it will move down in the hoppers first before it enters a chest. It stops moving down in the hoppers when it reaches the last hopper that has space.

The way profitshops work is that the chest connected is allowed to get items in, but can't get items out using a hopper, so essentially bones get stuck at the 1st chest u use. Stacking hoppers vertically and connecting chest directly to each of them allows bones to enter and not have to exit the chestshop.
